The New England Shoreline Section of the Society of Women Engineers is a not-for-profit educational and service organization. SWE-NESS members live or work in Rhode Island and southeastern Connecticut and we have four collegiate sections: Brown University, Roger Williams University, the Coast Guard Academy and University of Rhode Island.
We are an active group, with regular meetings and ongoing educational programs for youth of all ages. You don't have to be an engineer or a woman to be active in SWE.
