Career Guidance Committee

Duties of the Career Guidance Chair and Committee are:

1) Administer the High School Certificate of Achievement Program for the Section.

2) Coordinate all Career Guidance activities of the Section.
 For example:
  - Girl Scout Badge Workshops
  - Middle School Outreach Programs
  - Elementary School Outreach Programs

3) Maintain and disseminate Career Guidance information.

4) Maintain and disseminate information on available engineering scholarships.

5) Prepare and submit the Annual Career Guidance Report.

6) Prepare and submit an annual Career Guidance budget.

The Career Guidance Chair is a member of the SWE-NESS Executive Council, and is expected to report on CG status at EC meetings, as necessary.  The Career Guidance Chair shall preside at all meetings of the Career Guidance Committee.  The Career Guidance Chair is automatically a member of the National Career Guidance Committee.
